    Because of the excellent experience and insights provided by our employer branding Deloitte project, we’ve jumped right into a fantastic new project with ÖGK (Austrian Health Organization).

    The BGF project is all about creating a healthy working environment where we, as managers and employees, are fully understanding and recognizing the awesomeness of prioritizing our health and well-being.

    What a way to take things to the next level!

    We’re getting ready to launch the BGF project, and we want You to be a part of this wonderful journey toward boosting workplace health. I wanted to give you a small update on what we’ve been up to because we are entirely committed to putting our amazing employees‘ wellbeing first.

    The opportunity to collaborate with ÖGK, a respected organization dedicated to improving healthcare services in Austria, is truly humbling. We are convinced that by working together, we will be able to make a significant difference in the lives of many individuals while also contributing to the general improvement of the healthcare business.

    Embracing Change and Growth: A Journey Outside the Comfort Zone

    I’ve always believed in not just asking questions, but also rolling up my sleeves and taking action. It’s all about that perfect balance between ambition and action.

    Throughout my journey, I’ve worked hard to reach my goals, even when it seemed tough. While some things might have looked easy and effortless for others, or even perceived as though I could push even harder, one thing has remained constant: my unwavering commitment to giving my absolute best.

    Sure, I have a confession to make. I might have been slightly guilty of finding ways to avoid doing things the easiest way possible. 😅 Don’t get me wrong, I fully understand the importance of getting things done efficiently. But there’s a part of me that believes in exploring alternate paths to ensure we’re on the right track. I believe that’s where growth happens – by looking for better solutions.

    Early on, I stumbled and learned, especially during my days as a student. We’ve all been there, right? Questioning established norms and procedures can sometimes lead to temporary setbacks. However, with experience comes wisdom. I’ve learned to channel that curiosity into recognizing opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and convenience. It’s pretty easy to stay there in the established routine, but real growth comes from pushing beyond it. I’ve tried the tempting paths of leisure, but I’ve found true fulfillment in my routine and the journey of progress.

    And yes, the comfort zone! It’s that familiar, cozy space we all find solace in. You know those tempting moments when staying in bed, treating yourself to not-so-healthy snacks, or watching the newest blockbuster seem like the ultimate joy? I’ve been there, done that. But guess what? It is not fulfilling. I’ve experimented with these paths during holidays and breaks, only to realize that my true fulfillment comes from embracing my work routine and striving for progress.

    Now, don’t get me wrong. I’ve got to be honest, I absolutely cherish my work routine. It’s like my compass guiding me through each day. Okay now, I won’t sugarcoat it – there is stress sometimes, and not everyone around me brings the positive vibes. But here is a secret: it’s up to us to change that. Stress? It can be managed within our control. Surroundings? We have a say in that too and can shape the environment we thrive in.

    So, here’s my call to action for all of you wonderful individuals out there: Let´s kick procrastination to the curb! Don’t delay, pen down your ambitions, visions, and ideas. Rise from that chair and embark on the journey!

    A quick reality check: Failure is the part of this journey! Yes, you will stumble, fall, or face unexpected setbacks. But here’s the catch – failing is just a pit stop on the road to success! So, dust yourself off, and take the next step. Try again, or maybe a different approach this time. Let’s make failing a stepping stone, not a setback.
